B.Ed


The Bachelor of Education is the full time two years programme designed to make reflective and professional practitioners in the field. Teachers are expected to create social cohesion, national integration and learning society. At Krishna Institute, the transaction of the course is done using a variety of approaches, such as tasks and assignments, Project, group discussion, seminar, interaction with community based project and cultural environment. The students are encouraged to flourish an environment that promotes value and technology based society.


  • To develop competencies and skills needed to become effective teachers.

  • To understand the self and others, one's belief, assumptions, emotions and aspirations, develop the capacity for self-analysis, self-evaluation, adaptability, flexibility, creativity and innovation.

  • To provide knowledge and develop understanding about various aspects of school management.

  • To understand the nature of the learner and of learning process.

  • To develop an appreciation of the role of the teacher in the prevailing socio-cultural and political context in general and the educational system in particular.

  • Engage with subject content, examine disciplinary knowledge and social realities, relate subject matter with the social milieu of learners and develop critical thinking.


To Prepare effective secondary school teachers who are capable of responding to the changing needs of the modern Indian Society.


Eligibility

Candidates must have passed Graduation/Post Graduation with minimum 50 percent marks from a recognized university (Final year candidates are allowed to appear in the UP B.Ed. Joint Entrance Exam.).


Eligibility Exception

There shall be a relaxation of marks in favor of SC and ST candidates as per norms of the State Govt. and the NCTE.


Age Limit

There is no upper age limit for admission to B.Ed. Courses.


The Institute follows the admission process and policies decided by the U.P. government and C.C.S. University, Meerut. The State Government has been following the state level entrance examination and counseling policy for allotment of candidates to B.Ed. institutions. The Entrance examination is known as Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) for B.Ed. every year, the government gives the responsibility to any one State University to complete the admission Process of B.Ed. admissions. All norms regarding fees, reservation and transparency are observed by the admitting/counseling University. Management quota decided by the U.P. Government.
